Have you heard of Nikkei, the Japanese-Peruvian culinary sensation? Neither had we. Inspired by 19th century Japanese immigrants to Peru, this fusion food combines Japanese elegance and Peruvian vibrancy. Clay, a restaurant in Bahrain, explores and celebrates Nikkei. Redbeerd developed an immersive, poetic brand inspired by the intermingling of two rich and diverse cultures.


‘A’ becomes Clay’s logomark, representative of a traditional Inca doorway and Japanese architecture.
