JAMM = Just A Mindful Minute
Created by two guys passionate about health, movement and wellbeing, JAMM is an app for individual or group use, that offers simple one-minute exercises to improve breathing, balance, mobility and more. A clean and gentle brand works across print, marketing collateral and the all-important digital interface.

Everyone has one minute.
Each JAMM intervention intends to rejuvenate tired minds and bodies, to improve decision-making and focus, and to enhance users’ medium to long-term health and wellbeing. There is no need for specialised equipment, clothing, sneakers or even a dedicated movement area.
Simple line iconography, a pastel colour palette and rounded typography ease usability and navigation.
Peri Zourides – Co Founder
The owner and head trainer at Seven Star Energy Centre, Peri completed his Exercise Science studies at the Health and Fitness Professionals Association (HFPA) in 2008. His background is Chinese martial arts, football, basketball and kettlebell training, and he became a Strong First Level 2 instructor in 2015.
Pedro Almeida – Co Founder
Pedro graduated as a teacher of Physical Education in 2000, having studied at Portugal’s Instituto Superior de Ciências Educativas. In 2004 he completed his Post Graduate Certficate in Health & Exercise at the Portoguese College of Sports of Rio Maior.
